1. Reduce the oxygen content of the steel to the required level to ensure that the normal surface and the ingots of different structural types are obtained during solidification.

   
   

2. The content of non-metallic inclusions in the finished steel is reduced, the distribution is appropriate, and the shape is suitable to ensure the properties of the steel. A fine grain structure is obtained.
