For build a green energy and low carbon steel industry, in terms of green energy and low-carbon, we should follow below:

first, we must avoid all environmental violations, change from “respecting me to abide by the law” to “I must abide by the law”; 

second, we must unify standards, fully implement scientific and in-depth governance, and optimize and enhance the level of environmental protection; 

Third is to improve the long-term mechanism for green transformation; 

Then is to improve energy-saving and low-carbon standards and strengthen the implementation of standards.
