According to the statistics of the Korea Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Association, as of the end of May, Korean stainless steel cold rolled sheet stocks have approached 100,000 tons, an increase of 4.3% from the end of April and a year-on-year decrease of 0.7%.

This is the highest point of Korean stainless steel cold-rolled sheet stocks since February this year. In January this year, the inventory of stainless steel cold-rolled sheets was as high as 109,996 tons. However, from February to April this year, the inventory of Korean stainless steel cold-rolled sheets was relatively high, with an average monthly average of over 90,000 tons.

At the same time, South Korea's stainless steel cold-rolled sheet production reached 111,894 tons in May, down 10.6% from 126,298 tons in April and 2% over the same period last year. In terms of sales volume, in May, South Korean stainless steel cold-rolled sheet sales reached 112,409 tons, down 10.7% year-on-year and 1.4% quarter-on-quarter.
