In the early of 2019, Tianjin Xinyue Group received an enquiry from the new Middle East customers. The pipe was used for marine piling projects. Based on the size of the pipe required by the customer and the purpose of the project, we have recommended the ASTM A252 spiral tube for the customer, and provided the corresponding technical solutions according to the customer's lock drawings.

We Tianjin Xinyue, as a company with a large number of exporting experience, has obtained a good reputation in terms of quality control. As this is the first cooperation, we provided our customers with exporting supply records, product images and project pictures, as well as Third party inspection reports of past projects and other customers' product quality feedback.

At the same time, regarding on the customer's order, we offered to provide WPS and ITP documents to customers for further review, and invited customers to visit our factory. At the beginning of March, the customer came to our company to inspect our mill, and the management team of our company accompanied the customer. After several rounds of negotiation, the client was deeply impressed by the strength of our company's production & trade, the professional capabilities of the sales engineers, and signed a contract with our company directly in the conference room.

After receiving the payment from the customer, we immediately arrange the purchase of the raw materials, and start the inspection of the incoming materials from the raw materials to the factory, and keep all the inspection reports. The whole production process strictly complete with the required standards, from production to completion and every step has a corresponding record to ensure product traceability. By far, the customer has received the shipment and has started to use those pipe. The customer is very satisfied with the quality of products and expressed his willingness to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with Xinyue Group. The customer plans to place a new order with us again in November.
