Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group, relying on the geographical advantages of Tianjin Xingang port, has been having good trade contacts with many countries around the world, which South Korea is one of our main market. In the past dozens of projects, we have established good long-term cooperative relations and deep friendship with Korea partners.

Starting from the second half of 2018, the south Korean government urban construction projects are start, we cooperate with local Korean partner carried out two steel structure project bidding and start the cooperation, the projects products are welding structure steel o as a foundation for the early stage of the whole project construction, during the project installation phase materials have been used in the project construction, the end user is very pleased with the quality of the products .

From the second half of 2018, we have cooperated with Korean customers in two steel structure projects and are progressing smoothly. In January 2019, customers had new steel structure engineering requirements and asked for our quotation. After discussion and program modification,we selected the best scheme to save the cost and easy for installation, the contract was finally start at the end of March.

This steel structure is used in conjunction with the previous two steel structures and is mainly used as a support.

The contract is divided into three categories: H-shaped steel structures, curved steel structures, and angle steel brackets.

The most important and difficult part is the angular control of curved sections. Due to the high temperature of welding, it will cause large deformation. Our technology and customer's technology have chosen the best welding solution after a series of discussions and arguments.
