As its geographical advantages, the Southeast Asian market has been enduring in import and export trade with China, and it is the old market for our foreign traders consistency. Xinyue people have also injected a lot of effort into the Vietnam market. We have continuously developed and maintained new and old customers. XINYUE have cooperated with many Vietnam customers and have successfully supplied several large projects, that is why Xinyue already win good reputation in the Vietnam market. In 2018, we also conducted a one-month visit to the Vietnam market for new and old customers. We visited various local customers in Vietnam such as traders, stockists, contractors, etc., and received good feedback and valuable improvement experience from customers.

Thanks to the efforts of Xinyue people for these years, we regained the trust of new Vietnam customers and placed a trial order for Xinyue in May. Customers have long-term and stable demand. The trial order mainly to assess the quality of Xinyue’s products, and told us once trial order quality confirmed OK no problem, they will consider long-term cooperation with Xinyue. When the customer’s enquiry was received for the first time in early April, we quickly quoted it. After 2-3 reviews of technical information clarification, the customer stated that due to urgent use, as these pipes is urgently needed, so they wish to receive the goods within 3 week at the destination port . although the delivery time is short, but the Xinyue team did still inspect quality strictly, the quality inspection team is carefully prepared for each test result, and the logistics team is also on standby at all times. Catch the earliest shipping date and make concerted efforts to reach the customer's delivery date. In the end, Xinyue delivered the goods at 15 days as expected. Xinyue's efficient work has received high recognition from the customer. The customer expresses his gratitude for such a fast delivery.
