Before new year, we received an inquiry from Russia for the stainless steel pipe 321. In the early stage, we confirmed the details of the order with the customer and signed the contract. After the New Year, we invested in production and arranged shipments last month.

321 stainless steel pipe (GB3087-1999) is a high-quality carbon structural steel used for the manufacture of superheated steam pipes, boiling water pipes and locomotive boiler superheated steam pipes, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes and arch brick pipes. Hot rolled and cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel tubes. 321 stainless steel pipe: high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel and stainless steel heat-resistant steel seamless pipe used for steam boiler pipes mainly used for manufacturing high pressure and above. These boiler tubes work under high temperature and high pressure by the party. The pipe will also oxidize and corrode under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor. Therefore, the steel pipe is required to have high durability, high oxidation resistance, good structural stability, and hydraulic pillar pipe.

Because the stainless steel outer diameter required for the order is small, we use the cold drawing process for production. We strictly inspect the production of raw materials and arrange for third-party construction during the production process. For the surface treatment of steel pipes, we use a non-polluting pickling passivation paste and a normal temperature non-toxic cleaning solution with inorganic additives for dip. Thereby achieving the purpose of whitening treatment of stainless steel. After processing, it basically looks like a dull color.
