At the beginning of May 2019, Xinyue received a thick-walled seamless inquiry from a new Vietnamese customer. In the follow-up communication with the customer, the project was plan to start in September. After confirming the required size and quantity, we send our price combined with the project information which Xinyue has done in Vietnam to our customer at the same day. Customer was very satisfied about our timely feedback and quotation.

After that, we updated our price several times to our customers in order to know the progress of the procurement plan with the customer.At the beginning of July, we received an email from the customer. The customer said that they would decide to do the purchase within this week and hope Xinyue can update the best price. After many times revise and confirmation, the order was finally signed on Friday. The client said that he will come to China to visit Xinyue in the near future to discuss further cooperation opportunities.

On August 7th, the customer's first shipment has been issued, and the customer has sent a new orders to us.
