From July to October 2018, our company has received inquiries from the customer all the time, but there are no substantive orders.

In order to win the trust of customers, I have send our company project list, shipping records, Bill of Lading to Middle East , LSAW pipe and SMLS pipe stock photos to customers. Customers acknowledged our information and placed a 60 tons LSAW trial order in November 2018. The payment was made by LC for 60 days and a third-party inspection was arranged. Since the customer LC payment comes from the Middle East, it is necessary to provide a series of documents to the bank for audition, only after approval the money could entering the Xinyue account and then we could arrange purchasing raw materials. During the half month of submitting documents, the customer appeared a little incomprehensible, worried about affecting their delivery date, so he wanted to cancel the order. But in order to maintain our first cooperation, we are patient to communicate with customers and ensure that we will try our best to advance the delivery date of steel pipes. Customers choose to trust us again.

After the completion of the goods, we promptly sent the customer MTC, product list and photos to inform the customer for the third inspection, so that we can arrange shipment of the order as soon as possible before the Spring Festival, so as not to affect the customer's delivery date. After inspection, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the results of our LSAW pipe, and gave Xinyue the second order---200 tons seamless steel pipe. Customer said that they would continue to support Xinyue steel pipe and maintain close cooperation.
