The goods need to be shipped before Chinese Spring Festival Holiday. After checking the technical requirements from the customer, we have offered an optimal solution for them. After a week of negotiations, we finally confirmed the contract.

We have received a message from our customer while waiting for the sign-back payment: I am very sorry that we have decided to change the material. Can Xinyue continue to support us?

After various communication on the weekend, Xinyue finally confirmed a practical plan for our customer, but considering the factors of delivery time and the Spring Festival holiday, the customer needs to make a decision immediately. But our customer's boss still had some concerns. But it didn't take long to receive the positive response from our customer, and the customer asked us to follow the latest plan.

Per customer's requirement on delivery time, now all pipe fittings have been successfully delivered to the destination port and have been put into project already.

After talking with our customer after we confirmed the final contract, I realized our customer has used her car to guarantee to her boss. She said that she was very grateful and trusted in Xinyue. When she encountered a problem, Xinyue had always supported her, so she absolutely believed in Xinyue, if there is a problem with this order, she will return the car to the company. After listening to the words of our customers, I was deeply touched. I am very grateful to the customers for their trust in me and we Xinyue Steel group.
