At the End of March, Xinyue received a PO of 300 tons flanges & bends from our regular client for local water pipeline project in South Africa. The BOQ is very complex, have DN50-500 Flanges, elbows, reducers, bends, bolts & nuts, in total over 200items. Due to urgent delivery time requirement, Xinyue quickly started production after checked all technical details and drawing with clients.

At present, all products have been completed the production as scheduled, and have well passed final inspection by BV inspector. The whole inspection process last 6 days, BV inspector performed inspection scope as Visual inspection, Dimensional inspection, Material analysis, Quantity and marking content according to required standard & PO.

Finally, the customer received and confirmed the professional BV final inspection report. Required us to book the containerized shipment as earlier as we can. Customers also expressed high recognition and appreciation for Xinyue's production speed capability, quality control, and professional service.
