In October 2018, Tianjin Xinyue Marketing Department went to Malaysia and visited our old and new customers. Among them, we visited one of the most famous local manufactures of boiler and pressure vessel in Malaysia and discussed a seamless boiler tube trial order on site. During the business meetings, we believe that jump was introduced in detail to the customer had all kinds of seamless steel pipe project, as well as our technical control points for seamless steel tube production, quality inspection process, file, and finished product traceability, etc., to answer the questions from the customer for customers to understand our production line on every detail.

After returning to China, after research and discussion with the engineering department, Xinyue and customers finalized all the technical details of the boiler tube trial order, and successfully won the trial order. The standard of these boiler tubes is BS 3059 Pt.2, and the material is S2 CAT2 Gr360. This standard is very strict, tolerance, heat treatment, flaw detection and so on have clear requirement in it. At the same time, customer also requires the third-party testing of Lloyd's. We have the confidence and ability to help customer produce these boiler tubes smoothly and give customer a satisfactory answer.
