In last August, Xinyue received an inquiry for a pile project from a local EPC. This was the first time the customer had directly contacted with a Chinese supplier, so he was full of doubts about the quality control and production process to us. The professional sales team of Xinyue made a set of PPT for the customer to explain our production process and quality control system in detail, as well as the similar successful projects that have been supplied to the local market in the past, and the high appreciations on our service and quality by other local customers.

After nearly a year of patient communication, cooperating with the customer to repeatedly modify the project plan, and cooperating with the customer to conduct a detailed bank credit investigation, the customer finally gradually trusts us, and successfully confirmed the first order of LSAW in this September.

At present, the raw material is still under production, according to required standard and ITP, we will test chemical component & mechanical property once raw material arrival. And UT inspection of the welds should also be performed on completed products by TPI with manual device again after all NDT on-line. We believe we will give customers a more perfect answer on time!
