After the cooperation with the South Korean customer in the Guam Airport project last year, we have more communication and exchanges with each other, and the customer also know the strength and service level of Tianjin Xinyue from the cooperation, which makes our cooperation closer. At the end of 2019, we received a new product inquiry from our customer. The customer needs a stamping part on the project, which is used to connect the steel structure and belongs to the category of fastener. But for us, we need to invest a lot of energy in the research and development of new products, and we need very strict mold production and production control. Because we have a press for production, we are fully confident that we can produce this product through the discussion of various parts and the design of mold.

After receiving the customer's preliminary drawings, our technicians actively discussed and communicated the design plan, and finally confirmed the plan to produced samples. After sample production, weAfter discussion between the production department and the quality inspection department, we proposed a new detection plan, mainly using tools to detect important data, and added a drawing comparison scheme, we test the product by printing the same proportion of drawings (the detection scale cut out according to the drawings).

After completing all samples of the first batch through customer testing, the customer affirmed all our work in the early stage and signed all cooperation contracts with our company for the later stage project, while Xinyue also confirm the raw material time, stamping production time of various parts, galvanizing time and packaging time into schedule through a detailed plan, providing customers with complete Supply plan.

Although the epidemic has blocked the customers' visiting, it cannot stop the customers' understanding of the production progress. Through a number of columns of weekly production progress and schedule data and picture mode our customer can tracking the production progress at a glance.

At present, the goods have arrived port, and customers are going through customs clearance procedures. After the customer receives the product, it will be used for engineering construction.For the successful production of this product, it is an extension of our company for stamping products.
