Based on the previous cooperation experience in the project, the customer used the steel pipe produced by Xinyue for the laying of dredged project. The connection between the pipes was in the form of flange, black paint was sprayed externally for anti corrosion, the pipes finally used for the discharge of silt and water in the urban dredging project.

In this project, we recommend for the customer to use the API standard, in order to better meet customer quality requirements, we are in strict accordance with the drawings processing of the flange welded to steel pipe, the welding quality is higher than customer's requirements, in the process of production, Hydro testing is witnessed by the TUV, dimension inspection and the final inspection of welding also did by TUV, every inspection is qualified without suspense.

Since the outer diameter of the flange is larger than the OD of the steel pipe, we provided the customer with a detailed packing plan before packing,arranged the wood strips under each row of steel pipe to prevent sliding. The complete plan and operation process made the customer confirm the project operation ability of Xinyue steel.
