Quotation and Order has settled down in the same day, no price negotiation. It is just because the two parties has formed a tacit understanding a long ago, the customer think of Xinyue at the first minute when he has an inquiry or order just like a friend; meanwhile Xinyue will also support the customer with the absolutely optimal price.

Due to the urgent demand, the customer hope to find them in stock with immediate shipment. However, due to the irregular wall thickness, there is no any inventories in warehouse, must to arrange new production. After understanding the customer's needs, Xinyue has implemented the raw material situation at the first time and advanced the production for these two sizes, in order to ensure the delivery within 10days , then solve the urgent needs of customer.

At the same time, we did not relax the control of pipe quality. The welding process of steel pipe was strictly carried out according to the standard, all steel pipes were arranged 100% hydro test and 100% radio graphic test to ensure all the pipes qualified before shipment.
