On March 22, 2019, the 5th member congress of Tianjin chamber of commerce of China was held in Tianjin Jinlihua hotel. Tianjin Xinyue participated in the congress again to learn and discuss the policy of international business.Attended the conference are city leaders, China council for the promotion of international trade, China international chamber of commerce leaders and leaders of relevant departments, and made important speeches.Tianjin international chamber of commerce and international economic and trade advisers and representatives of the city's business associations will attend the meeting.

The Tianjin CCOIC was founded in 1988.The Tianjin international chamber of commerce is an important vehicle for the ccpit to implement tianjin's major development strategy, participate in the formulation of international rules and standards, carry out civil and public diplomacy, contact and serve the business community, and organize enterprises to carry out foreign economic and trade exchanges and cooperation.

The meeting opened at 9:30. First, President Zu Daxiang of the group started a work report to the general assembly on behalf of the fourth session of the council，with the following points:
