In the past year, although the international and domestic situation is constantly changing, which has caused shocks to the foreign trade industry, Xinyue still keeps up with it, eager for customers' urgency, think about what customers think, and give customers the most active support in special times With cooperation, we have successively won several major international projects and built a good reputation in the industry circle. While continuously developing contractor customers, Xinyue still actively serves different types of customers, and tries not to set up MOQ for customers for ordinary products to facilitate customer sales.

In August this year, a European customer contacted the headquarters of Xinyue and sent an inquiry. The inquiry content was for seamless pipes of 26 specifications. The quantity of each specification ranges from 1-2.8 tons. Some of them require galvanizing and threaded end. In addition, part of pipes needs to be covered with a zinc-rich primer. Because the inquiries are urgently needed by the construction site, the delivery time requirements are also very strict. From the perspective of specifications, only inventory can meet customer needs. Fortunately, in the past few years, with the increase of urgent demand orders, Xinyue has built a storage base for customers, covering an area of more than 80 acres, with an indoor area of 10,000 square meters, and storing conventional products of nearly 10,000 tons. Xinyue checked the inventory list immediately and successfully found all the products required by the customer.

After intense and orderly preparations, Xinyue completed a series of galvanizing, wire and outer coating work on time. This successful delivery once again proved Xinyue’s ability to respond to various orders, and it is also the unity and cooperation of all parts of Xinyue that each order can be successfully delivered in an orderly manner.
