On August 12, 2024, we received an inquiry from a customer for carbon steel pipes and fittings, with a requirement for galvanized surface treatment. The customer informed us that the order had already been approved for procurement, with an urgent delivery timeline. Upon receiving this information, our team quickly organized and proposed the most optimal stock solution along with a detailed price quote. After more than 20 days of communication, factory visits, and technical confirmations, the customer visited our headquarters on September 2 to finalize the order and officially sign the contract.

Upon receiving the deposit, we immediately started sourcing suitable stock materials and arranged for the customer to inspect the goods. Once the customer confirmed that the product quality met their expectations, we swiftly proceeded with shipping and arranged for the galvanizing process. As of now, the galvanizing has been completed, and the goods have been successfully loaded into containers for shipment.
