US anti-dumping preliminary ruling on China Steel shelves

On February 26, 2019, the US Department of Commerce announced an anti-dumping preliminary ruling on Steel Racks imported from China: preliminary ruling to force the respondent company Nanjing Dong sheng Shelf Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to dump The range is 18.08%, and the general dumping margin in China is 144.50%. Other exporters/producers who have obtained separate tax rates (see the original link) have a dumping margin of 18.08%. The US Department of Commerce is expected to finalize the case on July 18, 2019. This case involves some products under the United States tariff tariffs 7326.90.8688, 9403.20.0080 and 9403.90.8041 and some products under 7308.90.3000, 7308.90.6000, 7308.90.9590 and 9403.20.0090.


On July 11, 2018, in response to an application filed by the US domestic organization Coalition for Fair Rack Imports on June 20, 2018, the US Department of Commerce announced a countervailing and anti-dumping investigation against steel shelves imported from China. On August 3, 2018, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted on the preliminary ruling on anti-dumping and countervailing industries damage to steel shelves imported from China.
