Xinyue Steel Group received a new order from our regular OZ client in September 2020. It’s an order for stock supplement, with size OD DN15-450, WT SCH40-SCH160, length in 6meters, 38sizes, about 100tons in total and also with below requirements:

* Carbon Content of 0.23% Maximum.

* Carbon Equivalent of 0.43% maximum

* Sizes DN50 and larger ends to be beveled 30 – 35 degrees as per ASME B16.25. DN15 to DN40 plain ends to be supplied.

* Pipe ends to be protected with caps or bevel protectors.

* All pipes up to DN 40 must be minimum 6 metre lengths, DN 50 and greater must be 12 metre minimum lengths.

Xinyue Steel Group didn’t despised or neglected such order that’s with little quantity per size, some even didn’t reached the MOQ, while specifications are very complicated and got strict & complicated technical requirements. We value our quality which stands for our reputation, we starting working on delivery plan for this program at the moment we decided to take this order, and finally got agreement with client on technical requirements, delivery time, price etc after negotiation. All of our pipes accepted TPI designated by client on final products.

It’s first time customer has changed from their usual supplier, hoping they can see the bigger picture this will be regular stock business. Thank you for your trust.
