This is evident in our small project orders with regular customers in Africa. In March 2020, we received the first inquiry from the customer. The inquiry included 87 items of pipes, fittings, valves and other products with more than 10 kinds of materials and a total weight of 7 tons. After received the customer's inquiry at noon, our company sorted out the inquiry and gave the quotation in the afternoon, and provided the photos of each category of our products for the customer's reference and confirmation. That night, the customer carefully checked the quotation and photo comparison, and expressed surprise at our meticulous service, saying that Xinyue is the only supplier among all her suppliers that can provide such meticulous and high-quality service, not limited to the quantity of the order.

The next day, we provided the customer with MTC samples of all products and all materials. After confirming matters such as the content of marking and the way of packing, the customer signed the PI back and arranged the payment. After the goods were finished, we took the initiative to arrange the third party to inspect the goods, and provided the packing list and photos of all products to the customer.

After the first perfect cooperation, the customer sent a second similar project to Xinyue at the end of September. After we checked and quoted the price carefully again, the customer confirmed the order again and is now paying for Xinyue.
