From the third party's requirement that 100% ut test should be carried out at the weld of each steel pipe, and it is required to wait for 24 hours for UT detection, and then to Carboline, there is no stock in China due to insufficient paint.

According to ASTM A252 standard, there is no requirement for UT inspection in the standard, UT inspection after the steel pipe is cooled for 24 hours. However, in order to meet the requirements of customers and the third party, Xinyue is willing to cooperate with the third party to do UT inspection 100%.even it occurred over cost here.

As for the lack of paint, we need to import raw materials from South Korea, and we need to produce it by Carboline again. However, due to the tight delivery, we finally sourced the paint from the distributor at a high price to catch the delivery date.

The more complex and strict the requirements are, the more we can reflect our Xinyue's operation ability. We have overcome the production that the anti corrosion temperature can not be lower than 10 degrees. We have finished all the production of corrosion protection in time. At present, the remaining steel pipes are only waiting for the third party's inspection, and the holiday testing inspection can be carried out smoothly. At present, we sent pipe to the port every day.
