Since the visiting to the Thai market in 2018, many regular stainless steel customers, as well as the regular customers who are attracted or introduced, have been placing more and more orders to us with strict requirements. In the middle of March, Thailand's local large-scale stainless steel manufacturer integrated processing and sales directly placed an order to Xinyue for the need of 304 stainless steel heat exchange tube, but the particularity of the order is very complex, such as surface treatment, such as size tolerance beyond of the standard, such as cost. The customer sincerely expressed that the order was difficult to operate due to the needs of the project, and hoped Xinyue would give support to them. The operation of this order really brings new challenges to our team. In order to support customers and consider long-term cooperation in the future, we start from the investigation of the actual demand data of the project and give professional adjustment suggestions to customer. After the agreement, our company starts from the raw material purchase control, production monitoring and quality inspection to control the actual index demands. After that, the logistics department made perfect arrangements for loading and sea transportation, the order was successfully completed. At present, products have been shipped to customer. According to customer feedback, timely high-quality products,very good for the project use, also received the end user's praise.
