Finally, in July 2020, the customer sent a new inquiry again. The content of the inquiry was basically the same as before. It was a new item that the customer received. The demand is small-caliber seamless, and the outer coating of inorganic zinc-rich primer and tube End turning processing. After receiving the quotation, Xinyue began to process the quotation as soon as possible, and submitted the processing cost and shipping plan to the customer on the same day.

After receiving the quotation, the customer was very satisfied, and very decisively placed PO to us that week. Although the communication is not very smooth because of the customer's acting style, we believe that our service and perseverance finally touched the customer. This cooperation is a good start.
