Xinyue Steel have rich available stocks of API 5L PSL1/2 GR.B~X70 regular ERW & LSAW Line pipe, Exmill time within 1-2weeks. All of our products accept any TPI(third party inspection). As well as servicing larger projects or large buyers directly with suppliers, Xinyue also offer solutions for smaller projects and small customers. For such high steel grade orders, mill usually has a certain requirement of MOQ, such as 180-200 tons per specification, and the raw material ordering time and production time are very long. That’s why we hold stocks, which we sell to buyers looking for smaller quantities at short notice. We also offer further processing to match their exact needs.

In mid-July, Xinyue received a supplementary order from an existing Customer in Australia for a water pipe project. The main product is ERW with high steel grade PSL2 X42~X52, the diameters are from small to large and the lengths are from 12 meters to 18 meters, with a total volume of only over 20 tons. As this order is for the supplementary materials of the outstanding project which already under construction, the customer urgently needs the goods to be shipped within two weeks and arrive at the port within six weeks.

In order to meet the needs of customers, Xinyue has mobilized all the required stocks in a short time. On behalf of earlier deliver the goods to the destination port, we suggested customer to choose the containerized plan and propose to cut the long pipe into a short segments which suitable for containerized ship. After communicated with the customer and successfully confirmed this plan, we cut off the long pipe and delivered them to the port after final inspection within a week, and caught the earliest ship in time. At present, this batch of inventory pipe has been fully loaded on the ship and now is on the way to the destination port.
